SABOTAGED by the SYSTEM                 At 18, Tyrome Sams aged out of foster care to discover that his identity had been stolen when his credit card applications were continually refused.  The Alliance is on the forefront of tackling this disturbing and increasingly common trend of identity theft among foster youth.  The youth usually learn about their compromised identity right as they lose all connection to a support system.
