Submitting a referral to the Alliance for Children’s Rights does not guarantee services or representation. Please assume your case has not been accepted for assistance until you receive affirmative confirmation from the Alliance that your case has been accepted. Foster Care Adoptions: The Alliance represents prospective adoptive parents in the adoption process. If the parents wish, the court shall refer odd-numbered cases to the Alliance. Foster Care Adoption referrals must be referred after termination of parental rights and case is ready for finalization. Do not use this form to refer a case to the Alliance. To refer an adoption case to the Alliance you must use the Foster Care Adoption Referral Form. Print and fill the form, and fax to 213.368.6016.
