Amanda Burckhardt

Education Advocate and Trainer

Amanda graduated from Occidental College with a BA in Politics. Before joining the Alliance, she worked at Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project assisting unaccompanied minors and their sponsors with resources and potential visa options. Previously, Amanda worked in Minnesota state and regional government and facilitated professional and leadership development training to college students from underrepresented backgrounds. At the Alliance, she assists with special education advocacy and is dedicated to helping foster and probation youth receive an equitable education.
