Juan Navarcia, Esq.

Fellow

Juan holds a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Race, Ethnicity, and Politics from University of California, Los Angeles and a J.D. from University of California, Irvine School of Law. Prior to returning to the Alliance, where he was the Guardianship Program’s law clerk, Juan was involved in extensive family and child welfare advocacy. While at UCLA, Juan completed two JusticeCorps internships at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse’s Resource Center for Self-Represented Litigants. He then went on to complete a Graduate Fellowship with JusticeCorps at the Norwalk Courthouse. During law school, Juan was a certified law clerk with UCI Law’s Domestic Violence Clinic and volunteered with Bet Tzedek, Public Counsel, and Legal Aid Society of Orange County. Juan also completed clerkships with the Alliance and Children’s Law Center.
