Mitsu Klines

Project Manager

Mitsu Klines (he/his) is Project Manager at the Alliance, with 10 years of experience helping transition age youth access housing, clear juvenile tickets, seal juvenile records, and connect to education resources and employment opportunities.

Mitsu works with the Department of Children and Family Services, Children Law Center, and other community organizations to assist foster youth with resources that will help them successfully transition out of foster care.

Before joining the Alliance, Mitsu interned in Washington D.C. with Senator Mary Landrieu, working on policies and legislation that impact foster youth nationwide. Mitsu has also worked with several community organizations that serve foster youth around Los Angeles County.

MItsu Klines earned a Master of Science in counseling psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Arts from Boise State University in mass communication.
